How do we start working together?

Once you send an inquiry about a service you're interested in, I will reach out and set up a 30 minute free consultation call. We will talk about more of what you are looking for and to ensure we are a good fit for each other. If we move forward I will send you a proposal to sign and next steps to move forward.

How long does it take for you to design a website?

Depending on the needs of the website it usually takes about 5-6 weeks. That timeline depends on when I get the content I need from the client also to start the design process. 

How do you take payment and how much do I have to initally pay?

I take payment through an online platform called honeybook. It allows you to use a credit card or a payment method through a safe process. I break up the payments into three payments. 1/3 for the initial start, halfway through the project, and the end of the project. 

Can I cancel my project after I already paid?

Refunds are nonnegotiable once received the first initial payment. If you would like to reschedule your start date I am open to rescheduling to fit your needs.

Do you create logos?

Yes, but I focus on creating typography logos. As you can see I do not have that labeled in a package because it's not my main focus. But I would be happy to inquire about a logo through a custom package if you would like to learn more. 

Are you also a social media manager?

No, I am not a social media manager. I am a content creator which means I design the content for social media posts and captions. I do not manage the performance, follows, or engagement of an account. 

Which hosting site do you design your websites on?

I use a hosting platform called Weeknight Website. It is integrated with WordPress that allows me to fully customize your site. The reason why I advocate for this hosting platform and also had clients switch over to it is because it allows me to design free range of every part of the website. It also is easy for you to take over your site and manage with integrated tutorial videos and amazing customer service support. 

What if I don't like what you created?

That's OK! When we initially start working together I will send you over an in-depth client brief finding the ins and outs of your inspiration, style, and brand identity. I also want to make sure that you are in love with everything I create because I understand how big of an investment it is to work with a designer. I also know that your business is your baby and you want to love every part of it. I allow three rounds of revisions to ensure that you are happy with the overall project.
